APPOINTMENTS

Appointments to see the doctors are preferred but we do accept walk in appointments. However there could be a wait. Urgent consultations and children are always given priority. Longer Consultations are available by appointment.

RESULTS

Your doctor will advise when they expect your results to arrive at the practice, please make a follow up appointment to discuss these with your doctor. In the event of a clinically significant result, you will be contacted as soon as possible to make a follow up appointment to discuss these results with your doctor.
Please ensure that you promptly advise us of any change of address or telephone number so that there are no delays in making contact with you.

We request ‘reasonable’ notice should you need to cancel an appointment (we prefer 24 hours).

Our doctors do not usually accept telephone calls whilst they are consulting, our reception staff will take a message from you and ask the doctor to return your call as soon as possible. Phone consultations cannot take place unless a telehealth – Phone appointment has been made- please contact the practice to see if you are eligible for a telehealth -phone appointment.

There is a strict NO SMOKING policy on any part of our premises.

EMAIL POLICY:
Emails cannot always be actioned immediately instead will usually be dealt with in one-two business days.
Please do not email us regarding any urgent matters or appointments, instead contact us by phone on 93959402. All significant electronic communications will be recorded within the patient file. At times, if
requested, consent is obtained and approved by the GP we may email you from our email system or
practice software, where attachments protected with encryption using password.
